Shipping
All items are lovingly handmade to order. Turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days, but you will receive an estimated ship date at time of order. During the holidays, lead time will increase so please plan ahead. Let us know if you need your order by a specific date before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
• Domestic: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or First Class Mail (4-10 days).
• International: First Class.
• Made-to-order items typically take 2-3 weeks for completion, depending on the season and the item(s) ordered. Large orders may take longer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I guarantee 100% satisfaction, however due to the nature of this business I can only give my customers an even exchange. If the buyer has a problem with his/her purchase, please write me within 5 business days of ship date to arrange for a refund. Any delays will result in cancellation of this guarantee by the Seller. Due to the time I spend creating my clothing, I cannot offers refunds on custom orders.
Items returning back to me for a return or exchange *MUST* be unused and unworn and returned in the original packaging with tags attached. Return-shipping fees will be at the *buyers* expense.
